| [A] <Wait for it> 10m, 3 days/week | 29.03.2012 18:02 |
**Edit: Madness HC down after 58 tries! 7 weeks after the creation of the guild, while keeping a relaxed schedule of 2-3 raiding days a week! Still looking for awesome danish players!
About <Social Rejects> @ Auchindoun:
Wait for it, is a Danish speaking guild with a mix of people which holds top guilds on their CV, well-rounded players and IRL-friends, who have cleared end game content for the past 7 years.
The goal is fast, high quality raids with top quality raiders. Most raiders here "retired" from the hardcore raiding world, in favour of this more relaxed schedule.
Requirements:
- Activity: 100% attendance is desired during progress raids, while we rarely push late hours, we expect you to be available when needed. 3 days raiding requires that we squeeze every single minute & attempt to make the most out of ours (& yours) playing time. This does not mean u will have to attend a raid while being in a hospital though!
- Skill: You must be confident playing your class, both with regards to optimizing your dps/healing/tanking performance and in terms of functioning in a team. We expect you to be familiar with typical raid mechanics such as moving out of fires and using your cooldowns appropriately.
- Stable playing environment: You must have a stable internet connection with a stable computer, if you have a history of frequent disconnects or game crashes we recommend that you fix those before applying. Periods of instability will severely impact your trial period and you may be replaced on progress periods if it occurs then.
- Communication: You need to be able to both listen and talk on Mumble. Whether you are unsure about an aspect of an encounter or want to suggest something you must speak up. You also need to be able to handle and respond to any (and at times extremely fierce) criticism.
- Social intelligence: We spend a lot of time together talking, joking and raiding, and for everyone to be able to have a good time it is important that you know how to interact with other people without causing any tension or drama.
Current schedule:
Monday: 19:30-23:00
Thursday: 19:30-23:00 (Subject to be changed to wednesday in MoP)
Sunday: 19:30-23:00
We are currently looking for a few like-minded players to fill these spots:
** Currently considering all classes while preparing for MoP **
Our ideal candidate would be someone with real life responsibilities, but who understands the excitement of the raid and the contributions required of him/her in game!
Social spot: Tired of pugs?
We are currently running several alt runs. If you are friendly, skilled and wants to be able to play with experienced players, you could always contact one of us online. If you also happen to be seriously skilled and wants to try raid in a more organized environment at a later point, the chances for us to trial you for a member spot is higher than it would be for a person we don't know. Obviously since we already know you :)
What we expect from you:
- Extensive knowledge of your own class inside and out, including all off specs associated with it.
- Preferably raid experience from before WotLK
- A sensible, mature attitude. We don't want to hear you whining about loot, or how bad that other player is.
- A rock solid internet connection. With a limited roster we don't have the resources to manage laggy/DCing raiders.
- Preferably a microphone that you aren't afraid to use.
- Fluent Danish both written and spoken. (People from Sweden and Norway may apply as well)
- We prefer raiders over the age of 20, but are willing to consider younger applicants.
- Commitment. We only raid 3 days a week but we expect you to be fully prepared and give full attendance for those raids.
What you get from us:
- An experienced raiding team that isn't afraid to bang their heads against the wall to down new content.
- A guarenteed raid spot. Whilst we will have to swap people in and out on a fight per fight basis, the whole point of the guild is to have a small but tightly knit community. If you're accepted to member, then you will be raiding with us.
- Our raiders have had raiding experience in some of the world's top guilds. Your needs will be met.
Apply using the forum on our website: http://www.social-rejects.net/ or feel free to contact any of us ingame.

| #19 | 02.04.2012 14:48 |
Wait for it var altid ment midlertidigt, så vi skiftede blot guildens navn, intet andet :-)
