Hey,
my name is Christoph (aka pluri), I am 21 years and I am looking for a Team along with my mate Daniel (aka bizuk), 20 yo.
We're both very professional players, which includes seriousity, calmness and everything that comes with it.
I had a thread some while ago, where I was looking for a top team, in the end I found someone (bizuk) who took the leading position to found a team.
Unfortunately it wouldn't work out quite as we thought, since all (around 50) our trials were just not good enough or were lacking various aspects of professional gaming (anger control, flaming etc.)
So now we both decided to gather up and look for a team, in the serious hope of finding what we want:

I (pluri) have been playing counter-strike since '99 including some breaks of course. So I got loads of experience when it comes to various situations. I am calm in very tough situations (as in 2onX or even 1onX) and can play as an aggressive AND defensive player in all positions. My best game is rifle but I can aswell play as a AWP player (decent awp). Unfortunately my achievements are limited, because of the lack of attending in tournaments.
I managed to take first place in the LANarena wintergames ('08) in germany, with a mix team. (I can take a picture of the cup, if needed)
Bizuk will write something about him in danish, I'll edit it in later.

Here is a short list of what we offer the team:

We are NOT looking for 1 or 2 players that want to create a team, we want to be in a standing and grounded team with 3 players, who are missing 2. We tried and we wasted over a month... without finding one person.

Maybe try to work with those people who have the potential but lack some stuff and make it work? that isnt impossible specially if they are not too old..

We were thinking about that, but those lacking "stuff" was too critical.
And they might've not been too old and they might've learned, but you know how long that can take. And I got my amount of patience, but its also limited. I am 21, soon 22, and I've had my patience for several years. We made exceptions and we've regret it, now its "all or nothing" :)
I get your point tho' in "they can learn" and I do agree. But not in that state. If they would play on a top level, then I wouldn't mind a mistake or two, professional players do mistakes thats no news. But I don't want to help a unexperienced player to climb up the ladder for months or maybe years.
That way I would have to climb down again :)

Probably had a bad team then ? If you put a skiller in a bad team, he would get dragged down. You know that, but I know he has some potential, otherwise I wouldn't play with him.
I however am okay if you're sceptical about this, but you'll see :)

Bizuk er virkelig pivringe, udover det tror han at han er en topspiller.. Hans lillebror er bedre end ham, det siger en del :D
Pluri er bedre, men jeg ville 100% hellere spille med så mange andre end Pluri.. dig fx. og det siger vist alt :D

BIZUK Isnt good, you arent close to be a topplayer.. Get rid of all that confidence, it isnt cool to tell everybody that you are a topplayer and then when you play with ppl you arent close, just a middle player like rest of the middle scene that dont play in the bigger teams :)
And if you want to play serious cs, then stop the thing you got going with the spots in danish and rest in english, it just sounds so ridicilous, and i laughed so hard i couldnt focus when i should :D there is one banan... oh der er en banan..

I don't think I EVER played a serious match against any danish person, so far. So no, I don't quite believe you :)
Maybe a mix with my mates or with my gf and her ladies, but not a serious match ;)

når hvor skal jeg starte... :) exigo.... for det første er det meget lang tid siden jeg har spillet med dig og det var kun cupmix, så forstår ikk hvorfor du begynder at skrive alt muligt pis :D
men lad det nu ligge.... sidst jeg spillede i klan var jeg ikk særlig god og det holdte heller ikk særlig længe for den sags skyld, men det er rigtig lang tid siden, og siden da har jeg bare spillet gathers/mixes osv. hvor jeg kunne svinge rigtig meget spillemessigt :)
men pointen er at jeg først er begyndt at tage mit spil rigtig alvorligt lige her efter slap live, og har allerede kunne se store forbedringer, og jeg vil selv mene jeg har den rette tankegang inden for spillet for at nå rigtig langt, og med det mener jeg selve holdspillet og ALLE skills der følger med.... :)
så hvis der er nogle rigtige gode spillere/hold synes jeg i skal prøve os af i vil ikk fortryde det, og ved godt jeg har meget at bevise og er ukendt......... :)

det er noget tid siden, men er os sikker på jeg skrev det, da jeg svarede dig herinde? correct me if im wrong. kan ikke lige se det nu da xplayn.com fucker ved mig lige nu :) men vi gamede del kval og jeg var ikke den eneste om at have den mening omkring dig, men ikke kun dengang, generelt når der spilles med dig. men alle har en mening omkring personer osv osv, ligesom quickn åbenbart har en om mig. fordi han for klask når han spiller imod mig.

Sorry Pluri, but i just can't take this application serious. Bizuk afaik is not even close to the top of danish nor german CS.
If you are as good as you state in this topic, I guess you would realize how things are combined and realize that Bizuk is not the one you want to join a team with.

vi har spillet meget sammen efterhånden mig og ham, så han ved hvordan jeg spiller det gør du ikk, og folk kan ikke bedømme personer på mix, er tit træt efter arb. osv osv. det er bare lame!! men det må man jo lade tiden vise, og der er en grund til han spiller med mig og at han søger rigtig gode spillere, andet kan jeg ikk sige, ellers kig #30 :)

Bizuk and I split. First of all: That has NOTHING to do with what people wrote here. Bizuk is after all a very good player and a very very nice person. I can just recommend him to top teams.
Reason is that we had different thoughts and opinions on how to get this thing started. That is all and that is why we both agreed on parting ways. I will stick as a friend with him and I will keep being in touch with him, no fights included or anything.
Anyways, I am still looking for that team as I said on topic !
And my requirements didn't decrease a bit.
For future hating comments: I don't really care about you guys hating on a person who might have had a bad day, or even won against you and you kinda have to let it out on him in a very unfair way. I don't care what you say or think about people that you don't know shit about, including me. Keep the facts straight and stop trying to trash the reputation of people here. Thank you !

Maybe the things that I've been listing down ? I think I know exactly what it takes, since I've also been part of team sharKz (former EPS Germany team) for a rather short touch, since they picked an old teammate over me, understandable.

you will also need to have a certain skill-level, and almost none of the danish players have ever heard of bizuk. Doesn't that say anything about your so-called skill-level? :)

In counter-strike, skills are only rated through your performance online and especially lan. In very, very rare cases you find players who can develop and get some quite good offers by performing in mix/gather/pracc only.

We played alot with bizuk, was our plan to play with both of you, but you weren't alot online in that period.
It ended up badly, we banned him from vt, irc etc. because we couldnt stand him.. he is such a bad gamer who thinks he is much better than he actually is, and that is BAD!
- after we banned him he wrote to me on irc and asked why, and he was sure that we just banned him because he was so good and it was because he thought that we just thought he was cheating! :D haha
Played 1 game with you, but everything fell down to earth because we were all playing a bad match, you didnt shoot alot, but i could see that your ideas was great, and it just wasnt your bigfrag day :D

Seriously, stop saying things about me if you don't know shit. Sorry but this is getting on my nerves now, that so many danish ppl come to me and say I'm not a top player cause i played a mix with them. Seriously whats wrong with you guys ? Do you think I put all myself into a stupid mix or cup ?
